Our goal at Bloom is to meet the needs of every student so that they can continue to grow as individuals and make progress in meeting academic standards. Our three rules, Respect Yourself, Respect Others, Respect our School, provide school wide continuity in positive behavior expectations that encourage students in becoming well-rounded, responsible citizens.
