Suggested Class Supplies

Parents and students often ask what students need for class.  While the district provides many basic items, they are usually provided in limited quantity through a classroom instructional supply budget.  Below is a list of suggested classroom supplies that the class could consolidate and have available all year long.

·         Pencils - #2

·        Erasers

·        Pencil sharpener – hand held size with waste container attached

·        Expandable file with at least 8 pockets

·        Loose-leaf notebook paper

·        12” ruler marked with both metric AND standard units

·        Fine tipped markers

·        1 box of crayons

·        Paperback dictionary (a collegiate dictionary that contains multiple definitions for words)

·        Big box of tissue

·        4 single subject spiral notebooks – at least 70 sheets of paper in each

·        Zippered pencil pouch that will fit into your desk

·        Flash drive (at least 1 GB)

·        1 ream white printer paper

·        Hand sanitizer

·        Dry erase markers to use on white board

 Once the school year begins, your assigned teacher may suggest additional supplies.
