As
You Work: Keep a
detailed notebook, this does not need to be neat!
It shows your thinking and your process.
[ ] Take photos (no faces) or make drawings; record
everything!
[ ] Keep detailed measurements (scientists use the Metric System)
and record data accurately. Write these measurements in your notebook.
[ ] Conference with an adult and
your student advisor (optional) about your project.
[ ] What is happening in your experiment: any surprises? new questions? Take
notes!
[
] Remember to repeat trials for accuracy (at least 3 trials).

Please note regarding SARSEF: Cragin may send 10 entries from our Science Fair.
The SARSEF Fair is open to the public March 21-25, 2011.
Projects must be taken by the student’s family to the Tucson Convention
Center Exhibition Hall on Monday, March 21 between 12 noon – 8pm and
picked up Saturday, March 26 by noon.
