Ecology at Drachman
Our school has recently started a gardening committee
with the goals of teaching children how to plant, maintain, and harvest
their own vegetables. Goals of our committee also include implementing more
ecological systems at Drachman such as composting and recycling, as well as
giving kids hands-on experiences with desert plants and ecology. If you are
on facebook, look up “Ecology at Drachman Montessori Elementary” and click
