If you scored: 24-30: You're rolling with the punches. You hold the keys to weathering life's problems. When a setback occurs, you don't dwell on it, nor to you let it take a toll on your self-esteem. Just make sure you don't become so resilient that you refuse help when it's offered.
16-23: You're staying afloat. You're strong enough to rebound from many blows, but you could be triumphing over more. Maybe you're being too cautious when quick thinking, creativity and risk-taking are called for. Or maybe you're trying to control things that you can't. Focus your attention on what you can change or learn from a situation.
10-15: You're getting pushed around by life. Maybe you don't know how strong you really are or you automatically see adversity as scary or threatening. Try to exercise your resilience muscles more.
