Each person in the group will be responsible for a job. Once you are assigned to a decade group, the Group Leader and Assignment Manager will select a Visual Aide Coordinator. If you are selected, the following are your responsibilities:

• Coordinates with each individual reporter regarding his/her visual aide - either the Reporter will do the visual aide or the Visual Aide coordinator will make the aide
• Assists the Leader with the design of the slide show to organize the presentation
• Provides suggestions to teammates as to how to implement visuals into their presentations.
• Coordinates the visual aides during the presentation
• Provides the teacher with a written report of all team visual aides
