When our school first opened in 1888 (as the Plaza School), some parents were hesitant about enrolling their kids here.  This was because they were afraid that Apaches might attack!  These parents were dependant upon the faculty to serve and protect their children while at school.  Here are some of your present-day protectors and how you can reach them here at Safford K-12 Magnet School.
