Hello, my name is Kristi Gray and I am so happy to
be teaching at Safford! You might wonder why I decided to become a
teacher…my number one reason is that I have always loved working with
children! I can’t think of anything more important than helping a
child to enjoy and value learning. When I first considered becoming a teacher, I
decided upon three goals: 1.
I wanted to teach at a school that had history, charm and lots of
culture. 2.
I wanted to teach at a school that had the very best kids in all
of 3.
I wanted to work with some of the best staff and teachers in Guess what? I found Safford K-8 Magnet School and I
knew that I had found what I was looking for! Some
of My Special Things: My family and friends, books, art, hiking, animals,
music and my kindergarten class! My
future goals include: reading, drawing and hiking more often. I also to
want to start bicycling and spending more time outdoors! My
favorite quote: You
can always tell the true character of someone by watching how they treat
those from which they stand to gain nothing.
