The New Multimedia Sam Hughes Library

The New Sam Hughes Library has a diverse collection of children's literature. 

There are over 10,000 fiction and non-fiction books to choose from.

The new Sam Hughes Library is a rich and inviting environment.

It offers many programs that support and extend the classroom curriculum.

The Librarian leads guided reading groups, as well as writer's workshops.

The library hosts guest speakers, Grandparents Day, Literature Night, the Book Fair, and an A.S.D.B (Arizona School For The Deaf and Blind) partnership.

The Library Digital Promethean Board allows the librarian and teachers to have touch screen interactive multimedia presentations for students and professional development.  A state of the art laptop and DLP projector on a mobile multimedia cart make it all possible.
