YOUNG AUTHORS

CONFERENCE

Eight of our students attended the Young Author's Conference on February 12th.

The conference is a celebration of student writing. All students at Sam Hughes were invited to submit a piece of writing from their writing portfolio.

The eight students who were selected to attend were; 

Marissa, Delia, Jennifer, Alicia, Tonatiuh, Noah, Kat  and Julia.

The students heard a presentation by author/illustrator Ashley Bryon and received an autographed copy of one of his books.
