Legislation

"Each educational institution that receives Federal funds for a fiscal year shall hold an educational program on the United States Constitution on September 17 of such year for the students served by the educational institution." (Public Law 108-477b)

We have created this website to help TUSD teachers with ideas and resources for not only commemorating this day, but also for further curricular studies of the U.S. Constitution.

For TUSD Teachers - check out the materials from the Educational Materials Center (EMC):
EMC books, videos, and gold files
