Yogarrific™ offers after-school enrichment programs at Fruchthendler!
The benefits of yoga for children include improvement of strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, focus, and the ability to deal with stress. Studies show that many children do not get enough physical exercise on a regular basis. The non-competitive nature of yoga provides children of all body types an opportunity to experience a unique form of physical activity in an enjoyable group setting.
As students progress through interactive sequences emphasizing flexibility, strength, concentration, character development and relaxation they build self confidence, release stress and get physically fit – while having a Yogarrific time!
