An Interview with Mrs. Paula Godfrey
How did you get your job? Have you ever had a job other than a teacher?
I had to go to school for a long time! I was a teacher first. Before that I was a a bookkeeper, and a receptionist at a dentist's office.
What do you do all day in your office?
When I am in my office I work on the computer and fill out papers.
What do you do when you're always running around?
I am helping children or helping parents.
What is your favorite part about being a principal?
My favorite part of being a principal is definitely the kids. We have great kids doing great things.
Is it fun being in charge?
YES!
Do you know all the kids in the school?
Yes, we have the most wonderful kids in the world.
What do you do besides your job at Gale?
I like to garden and to spend time with my family and my dog.
Do you have a hobby?
Yes, I like gardening, crossword puzzles and mystery books. My favorite thing to do at home is read. My favorite books are A Stranger's Face by Anne Perry and Harriet the Spy by Louise Fitzhugh.
Do you believe in Santa? Did you ever not believe in Santa?
YES! No! He's so much fun.
What is your favorite color?
Every color, but if I had to pick one it would be purple.
