Video search by keyword, subject, series, title or do a power search
Make resource lists of materials that you can save as text and print

If you already have an account you can sign in (if you have trouble signing in, call the helpdesk (they’re very helpful J)
If you don’t have an account, you can sign up on the front page – be sure to use your district email
Once you log in, go to “curriculum resources” and click on “Discovery Education streaming”
Search for videos by keyword, narrow by grade level, content area, media type. You can also search for full videos or just segments of videos
You can create folders for videos you download
Be sure to leave lots of time to download onto your computer. It takes half as long as the video to download (1/2 hour video takes 15 mins. to download) Remember, you are not allowed to stream video from this site. You think our computers are slow now….
PBS: Nova Science Videos
Choose from complete NOVA programs or video chapters by subject area in science, there are also mini videos by subject
Videos from 5 minutes to an hour
There are teacher’s guides by title or by subject

Search for videos, audio, pictures, lesson ideas, etc.
