"I believe that all children can learn, and succeed.  They are like sponges and absorb so much at this age.  With a combination of fun and learning, the students should enjoy school and feel good about their ability to learn.  I have high expectations for all of my students, as I keep in mind that I am preparing them for the higher grades, and to have self confidence in their ability to do well in school.  This combination of being prepared and having the self-confidence will help the students succeed in their academic road ahead."
