Welcome to 8th Grade Science!

Ms Bittel's Mission Statement:  In science I will hold both you and myself to high standards.  I will give you the support necessary to meet or exceed those standards.  Together, we will help you succeed! 

We are going to have a busy year and will learn a lot.  I believe that you all are capable of success so I have put together this website to help enhance the material you will be learning in class and help you keep track of important dates and rubrics.  Each page relates to a quarter-long unit of study and is directly related to the TUSD Core Curriculum as well as the National Science Education Standards.

Below are links to some of the topics  we will be studying this year.  You can also get information on your science notebooks and quarterly projects to make sure they meet the standard when they are turned in.
