AIMS
School begins at 8:20 am.  Children may not be dropped off before 7:50 am.  We do not have campus supervision and the front gates are locked. 
School dismisses at 2:30 pm everyday except Wednesdays when dismissal is at 1:30.

Parent Drop off and Pick up
Drop off students in the designated "drop off" area.  This is located on the north-east side of campus by the 4th grade building.  Please pull up as far as you can so we can fit as many cars as possible.**The flagpole is not a designated drop off zone**

Message from the Principal


Meet Mr. Goldberg, our new assistant principal!

 Hello Miller Mustangs!

My name is Ed Goldberg and I am happy, proud and excited to be your new Assistant Principal.  This is my 21st year in our district, coming recently from Booth-Fickett where I was a teacher and assistant principal for the past twenty years.  I was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan (GO BLUE!) and grew up in the greater Boston area.

I received my B.A. from the University of Colorado, (GO BUFFS!) my M.A. from the University of Chicago and my M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.  I have lived in Tucson for the past 32 years, having been in the steel distribution business prior to entering the field of education.  I look forward to meeting you and working with you in the hopes that together, we can ensure our student's success!  Please feel free to stop by and say hello at any time.


Here is a look at what we have going on in September:

Monday September 5th, there will be no school in celebration of Labor Day.

September 6th is Picture day. Smile. :)

The BOOK FAIR will be open from September 9-16th.  Hours are 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.  We will be open until 4:00 pm on Parent / Teacher Conference days.

The 21st century CCLC program begins September 12. **No CCLC during conference days.

Parent - Teacher Conferences will be September 13,14.and 15.  Dismissal is at 11:30 am.

There will be a PTO meeting on September 19th at 5:30 pm in the library.  Come join us!

U of A SPIRIT DAY will be held September 26.  Wear any U of A clothing or the colors red and blue!

Teachers will be sending home monthly newsletters about their classroom.  This will provide you with "Up to the minute" information regarding both classroom and school news.  Be sure to also click on the newsletter section of our homepage to see a copy of the school's monthly newsletter.
