We are a K-8 program that follows the structured teaching
model from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. For
more information on Structured
Teaching Model
We have 11 students, who range in age and ability
level. Inclusion in the mainstream classes is based on individual
needs and ability level. We also participate in the general
ed program for P.E., Art, music gardening
and middle school electives.
We swim twice weekly at Howenstein pool. Our adaptive
P.E. teacher provides a vigorous program.
