Show off your talent, Warriors! The Fiesta Warriors Club is looking
for Pueblo's best voices to engage in a singing competition.
A panel of Pueblo celebrity judges, who will take into consideration the audience response
to each singer, will select the winner.
Elimination Show will be held on March 2, 2012 in the South Gym. Show starts at 7:00 p.m. and doors open at 6:30 p.m. Anyone who signed up to try-out will sing a 2-3 min. song. Judges will then determine the Top 10 for the Final Show.
Contestants must check in at the South Gym by 4:00 p.m.
Finals Show will be held on March 9, 2012 in the South Gym. Show starts at 7:00 p.m. and doors open at 6:30 p.m. Top 10 contestants that advanced from Elimination Show will participate in 3-4 min. song. Judges will determine the Top 3. Top 3 will perform another 3-4 min. song to determine the Winner & Runner-Up. Be prepared to sing two song.
Finalists must check in at the South Gym by 4:00 p.m.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Must be currently enrolled in Pueblo High School.
- This is a vocal competition - contestants will only be judged on singing talent.
- Contestants will be limited to no more than one 5-minute performance per round.
- Provide back-up music in advance of your performance. No props or back-up singers allowed during a contestant's
performance.
- Contestants understand that the time, manner and method of judging shall be
solely within the discretion of the competition officials and the decision of its
judges will be final in all cases. No appeals accepted.
- Performances must be family oriented equivalent to G rating for public
performance. Any participant reflecting or exemplifying indecent clothing,
vocals, or gestures will be asked to leave the stage.
- All performances will be video taped and uploaded to Pueblo's The Voice YouTube Channel.
