The sole purpose of this web site site is to present information about the most deadly and feared fighter planes that were used as weapons of war during the 20th and 21st century.

How it All Began

The first planes were called gliders and they were invented by the Wright Brothers in the early 20th century. However it wasn't until World War 1 that airplanes were used as weapons. In the beginning of World War 1 planes were mainly used as scouts, but with the invention of the synchronized machine gun plane's were able to shoot at each other. This led to the art of dog fighting.
