Instructions: Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is provided in
the white bar above the map. To read the time in any given zone,
simply match its map color to the same color above it in the top bar.
There, you will find the correct hour for that particular time zone. You
can then add in GMT's hours and seconds to arrive at that zone's exact time. Note
that times are listed in 24-hour format. The colored bar at the bottom of
the map shows each time zone's differential from GMT.
