Meet Emily Wellhouse

                 Emily Wellhouse is a 8th grader here at Townsend. Emily has attended school at Townsend for 3 years now and she was part of the first HOUSE. The thing she likes most about Townsend is the students that come here. Her favorite teacher is Ms. Mullet, the librarian. Emily’s favorite subject is band and she really likes Ms. Leebardt.

             Before coming to Townsend Emily attended Fort Lowell Elementary School. Emily’s sister also attended Townsend. The reason she came to Townsend  is that this is her home school.

             Emily was born in Tucson , Arizona. Her favorite  sport is volleyball. She even played on the Townsend volleyball team. Emily’s favorite television show is “The Big Bang Theory”. Her favorite thing to do after school is hanging out with friends and playing sports.

What in the World Happened to the Honors’ Breakfast?

A long standing tradition at Townsend has been our amazing breakfasts to celebrate the accomplishments of our honor students every quarter. Our 1st and 2nd quarter honors’ breakfasts have been cancelled due to the unavailability of staff and a lack of resources. Honor students will not be forgotten. Townsend will host a honors’ breakfast during the 3rd quarter to acknowledge all students who made the honor roll for all three quarters. We hope to see you there.
