01/07-01/31/12 "Students that have not completed their AzCIS
electronic Portfolios are encouraged to do so ASAP. While there are
dates set to complete portfolios through English classes it is HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED to complete them by January 16th on your home computers.
Instructions for completing the portfolio can be found in the counseling
office. The entire process is completed in 5 minutes.

"All Juniors MUST be current on graduation requirements entering
their senior year (2012-2013). PE, Economics, Health, AND Fine Arts
credits must be completed before August 2012. Students missing these
credits should contact Ms. Allen or Ms. Janik immediately.
Economics is now a graduation requirement and must be completed prior to
graduation. "
"AP Exam time is drawing near. Students that are taking AP exams
must remit $8 to the student finance office for EACH exam by February
17th. There will be no refunds of submitted exam fees. Please research
institutions that accept AP credit prior to submitting the $8 deposit
for each exam that you plan to take. AGAIN THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Students can start submitting exam fees February 1st to the student
finance office. Each AP exam requires an $8 deposit.The deadline for
deposit payment is February 17th. Students needing fee waivers need to
see Ms. Allen or Mrs. Cook immediately."
There is a completion deadline for all seniors currently enrolled
in online PE, Health, Economics and/or a Fine Arts course. All courses
must be completed by April 20, 2012. Students that have completed these
courses please make sure to contact Shelley Dominguez.Any questions or
